After communicating the specifications 6 months before the event, our team optimizes the organization by proposing appropriate services. 2 or 3D plans are drawn up, and a detailed description is drawn up: reception, decoration, catering, etc. A single contact is dedicated to the customer at every stage of the project.
The choice of venue depends on the number of participants, its location, and the service provider’s offer: room capacity, possible logistics for entertainment, ambience creation, event personalization, catering…
The date should be set at least 6 months in advance, to give yourself enough time to find the right site and ensure that all participants will be present.
Organizing around holidays, bank holidays or major televised sports competitions should be avoided.
Depending on the nature of the corporate event, a date and timeframe need to be defined. The date should be set 5 to 6 months in advance, so that you can start drawing up the specifications.
